Students at Rocking T’s Riding School learn all phases of horsemanship: Equine health, anatomy, grooming, various riding techniques, body positioning and proper riding attire, using trained safe schoolmaster horses. Safety is stressed at all levels by qualified and experienced instructors. The Riding School offers private or semi-private lessons in both Western and English disciplines: Western pleasure, Trail, Dressage, Hunters and occasionally an introduction in cattle work. The Ranch has easy parking for riders wishing to bring their own horses for instruction. Other than a private half hour for the 3 - 6 year olds, all lessons are an hour long. The Riding School is in operation Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 8 PM, Saturday from 8 AM to 4 PM and on Sunday from 11 AM to 2 PM.
